Refund policy
We have a 2-day 1-to-1 exchange policy (from received date) for defective products, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Acceptance of Order
DronesKaki will be deemed to have accepted your Order on the first to occur of issue to you: of a tax invoice for the sale and the fulfillment of your Order.
Representations of goods or services for sale made by DronesKaki via the website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat.
You will receive an email from DronesKaki as soon as practicable after you have confirmed your Order and made payment. If you have any questions regarding your Order you may contact Customer Support. Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your Order by us but merely confirms our receipt of your Order.
If your Order is not accepted by DronesKaki, DronesKaki will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
DronesKaki may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, goods or services on the website, or an error of any kind in or relating to your Order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
Warranty
1 year on site warranty for all main products. If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting us.
