Droneskaki successfully organized a specialized drone training program for officers from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia, involving participants from Pahang, Kedah, and Terengganu. This two-day training was held in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, focusing on enhancing drone operation skills and the application of drone technology in mapping, geological monitoring, and mineral resource management.
Throughout the program, participants were exposed to both theoretical and practical sessions, including basic drone flight operations, mission planning, aerial data acquisition, and data processing using the latest software. Field training was also conducted to provide hands-on experience in a challenging hilly environment such as Cameron Highlands.
This program aims to improve technical competency while ensuring more effective and safe drone usage in the departmentโs daily operations. Droneskaki remains committed to delivering high-quality training to support digital transformation in Malaysiaโs geoscience sector.
